The staff at this hotel are extremely friendly and helpful, always willing to assist with any queries or requests. The rooms are well-appointed and have a nice balcony, offering a cute view of the piazza Bovio. Additionally, the breakfast provided is delicious and offers good value for money. One improvement could be the addition of small shelves in the bathroom for toiletries, but overall, everything was ok.
